Hey!

Hello there! I'm Allyson Alexis. Thanks so much for coming to http://mylifehiddenindarkness.blogspot.com. I can't believe I've finally gotten around to creating this thing. Not like I've got loads of things to do during the day, because, well all I usually do is sleep. It's during the night that things get busy, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

First of all, you probably want to know that I don't go to school. I haven't for... two years now. Not since I stopped breathing, and all. Yeah, that's another important thing. I don't breath. I don't eat... what you eat. I don't go out in the sun. I guess you already know what I am? To clarify it for you, I'm a vampire. But stop! Before you go thinking of every stereotype you can think of, take the time to read the rest of this post and the one that'll come a little later in the week. Some of those are true, I won't lie, but most of it's not.

I live alone in this crazy huge house, out near the forests. There's nothing really happening here during the day, but once the night falls, it gets crazy. There's a lot of people like me-vampires, I mean- living here. All around the world actually. But nobody knows about us. We stay in hiding during the day, really to keep ourselves safe, only to come out at night. We're good at hiding who we are when we go at, because like I said, you won't be able to recognize a vampire like you would in a Hollywood movie. Who knows? You might be living next to a vampire.

I've been a vampire for two years now, ever since the accident in the forest. But that's a story for another post. The main point is: vampires are hardly ever born, they're usually transformed. There's a whole history behind vampires that nobody really knows about, but I'll go into that later. Traditionally, I was transformed. For now, I'll just tell you that it was against my will. Though I don't hold that person accountable in anyway. I've grown to love my life as a vampire. Haha, get it? Life? But as I was saying, it's become so natural to me. Not like it was the first time I went trough a night.

There are so many things people take for advantage with their lives. And there are so many things people fail to understand about vampires, as they see them as only fictional creatures in horror films. This blog is to clarify all of that. I want to give vampires like myself a good name. And I'm going to give you an in depth lesson.

Enough of that talk of 'lessons' for now.

I'll be writing about my life and what I go through, the people I meet, and the significance of it all. Yeah, they'll be a few 'non sense' posts along the way. But hey, I've only been alive for seventeen. And undead for two more years.
